Writing: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Each one of us has a different perception of things and a picture can make us feel happy or sad, depending on our mood or personal situation. In my opinion, this picture makes me feel relaxed because the clouds and the sea under them represent a calm atmosphere that transports me to a peaceful place in my mind. Also, the abstract shape of the clouds and their grey tones give the impression of sadness or solitude because most of the time these colors represent that kind of emotions. If the picture had a variety of bright colors, maybe it would make you feel happy or cheerful. However, for me, this photograph may represent the reality that is happening now in our country since there have been many disasters related to the rainy season. This shows us that we have to take into account that these colors or shapes, for many people, can represent many things and not just emotions.

  1. I think you had a very long introduction, three sentences I consider is too much...
Not to let go by, your description is very rich in content, you could "convince" about your perception, however I consider that your narration is a little "stuck"; I mean, you make your point very good, and the phrase "because most of the time these colors represent that kind of emotions" is irrelevant. And the remaining text is completely off topíc :(
You make point! But you justify too much. :)

  2. I agree with Victor Yusta. Maybe, a way of improving it would be to make the introduction and the main point concise. Try not to ramble and you will be fine. But your point of view is quite interesting. Good go man! As usual. :-)

  3. Dear Kelvin,
Victor and Antonio are right, besides that there are two details: disasters is in plural, therefore, what should you use: there has or there have. Rain season should be rainy season.

But, I like your ideas a lot. Great.
